By definition a mattress warranty is the manufacturer's statement that the product will be free from any warranted defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period.
   It is placed on a product to protect the consumer from products that break down, under normal conditions, long before a reasonable use has been derived.   This is totally different from the actual "useful" life of a product.

  Our mattress suppliers make every effort to manufacture defect free sleep sets. If you discover a defect in your mattress and/or box spring please make a claim, but first, you must:
 
1.  Be the original consumer/purchaser
2.  Have a copy of the original store receipt
3.  Contact our Customer Service Department
